I bought this bathing suit from Forever 21 last weekend. I'd seen it online but was skeptical... how would a fringed bottom look? Surprise surprise, it's actually super cute and totally wearable. Can't wait to wear it to the beach this coming weekend. At $12.80 a piece, Forever 21's bathing suits are a super steal!
